Features
Winbro Group has installed over 400 of the acclaimed HS series machines across the world into the most advanced manufacturing Blue Chip OEM’s. Developed from the original specification for these machines, the HSA300 encompasses the latest design, control and process concepts. The HSA300 series can be integrated with the HSD300 series and work together to provide customers with seamless Laser Ablation + High Speed EDM Drilling solutions.
Enhanced features of the machine include:
- Windows 10® based Operating System
- Patented Part Probing
- Integration of a range of Fiber based Lasers
- Winbro TCPro/TCPost post processing software
- Integral Vision system for local feature position correction and alignment
The Winbro Laser Ablation process, is a combination of vaporisation and melt erosion of material from the surface. The HSA300 is an open platform that can be fitted with a multitude of different Fiber Lasers and either a 2-axis or 3-axis Galvo-Scanning head can be used to move the beam on a programmed tool path.
- Simplified programming via TCPro and TCPost
- Part model visible to operator during machining
- Graphical feature selection for re-work
Serial number control: Track the progress of each component at each machining operation by serial number
Intelligent factory: Know exactly what operations have been completed on each part & when
Damage limitation: Prevent unplanned re-machining of a feature that is already complete
On machine Renishaw probe enables accurate, automated machine calibration
Cost control: keep fixtures simple and low cost
Built in vision systems to detect component features with adaptive LED lighting.
New Product Introduction vision creates an optimized lighting condition for feature inspection.
Power meter integrated into machine system to provide in-cycle confirmation of key process variables.
The Winbro HS300 system can work with a range of manufacturers lasers and at different power/pulse width combinations: 50W to 200W at Nano, Pico or Femtosecond pulse widths
